Hi everyone! We’ve created this curated list of current career resources for all of the Big 4. It is continually updated and we’d be very grateful if you could provide any updates, suggestions or comments below. Thanks!

Recruitment Cycle

The Big 4 recruitment cycle is standard across the board. However, we encourage you to check with your local recruiter to confirm specific dates and deadlines.

Student Leadership Programs

  • Open to sophomores (or 5 year juniors)
  • SLPs happen during the summer
  • Recruiting usually takes place on campus and technically ends in February (though we suggest getting in earlier)

Internships

  • Open to juniors
  • Summer and winter recruitment happens a year or more in advance, and ends in March

Campus New Hire Recruiting

  • Resumes submitted beginning of senior year
  • Campus interviews take place September to November
  • Office interviews take place October to December
  • Spring recruiting sometimes happens if positions are still available, but less common

Non-target New Hire Recruiting

  • No set dates, but work along with the campus deadlines

Experienced Hire Recruiting

  • No set dates
  • Recruitment happens year round depending on availability of positions
  • Often need for experienced hires after busy season (when existing employees leave)
